Here’s a sprinting workout and my thought process when I’m training at a high intensity…

Sprints:
- 10x30 sec sprint 60 sec walk
- 5x15 sec sprint 15 sec walk

When I do my sprint and when I am doing martial arts I practice being calm while trying my best.

The 🔑 is to put in your full effort while remaining focused. It’s easy to freak out when you feel exhausted but this never works well…

Try breathing through your nose as long as possible during the sprint and when you can’t anymore keep the breathing as controlled as you can and focus on your form!

For one week set an alarm for every three hours and write down how you feel and what you are focused on.

Here’s a post about raw milk! 🥛🐮

It’s a controversial topic but I’ve had a very positive experience consuming raw milk.

Raw milk:
- can be very affordable when purchased from local farmers
- is full of good probiotics and enzymes
- is very nutrient dense
- some people may tolerate raw milk better than pasteurized milk
- as long as the cows are healthy there is no reason to fear becoming sick from raw milk

Today the Sharkdog @seventhroundscoob , the Brazilian Tank @alvesbraziliantank and the Angry Hippie pushed through a wonderful S&C session to level up our bodies, minds and hearts @elninotrainingcenter!

As a fitness coach I took my work to the park. It was one of the most creative chapters of my life.

I learned a lot about how good it feels to do more of what I love, MOVING!

In this exercise I have Logan aka “lil Suga” work on building rotational power by rotating a medicinal ball as fast as possible while holding a glute bridge in the swiss ball…

Logan is a fighter with excellent striking. Adding power and stability to his ability to rotate will put an exclamation point on his strengths and give him an edge against his competition!
